Description
EXact-Cut MspI Restriction Endonuclease (EXNA055) recognises the CโCGG sequence and cuts both methylated and unmethylated CpG sites. As a result, it differs from its isoschizomer HpaII, which is blocked by CpG methylation. Researchers therefore use MspI alongside HpaII in paired DNA methylation analysis and epigenetics workflows. Furthermore, it works in a single universal buffer with loading dye included.
