EXREnu™ Human Serum-Free MSC Medium Kit (Type A) – with Phenol Red

EXREnu^TM Human Serum-Free MSC Medium Kit is optimized for primary in vitro culture and subsequent expansion of human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) from tissues such as human bone marrow, umbilical cord or adipose tissue. This medium is serum-free and xeno-free to improve reproducibility and reduce risk of contaminating factors from earlier methods using feeder cells and serum supplements. Instead, the base medium, EXREnu 200M Serum-Free Medium is prepared with the EXREnu 20F Plus MSC Supplement to prepare a complete medium to promote proliferation with an efficient doubling-time to expand precious primary cells and save time. The kit has been optimized to maintain MSCs in an undifferentiated state capable of trilineage differentiation into adipocytes, chondrocytes and osteoblasts.
